Rachel is an enthusiastic and supportive Level 3 personal trainer who treats each client as an individual, tailoring her coaching to their specific needs, talents and goals. Her focus is on helping you to build a stronger, healthier, fitter body through a mix of cardio, strength training and nutrition. Rachel is passionate about running, competing in races from 10km to ultramarathons and she is also a UK Athletics Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF). She believes that fitness is a way of life and her goal is for clients to leave their sessions feeling positive, motivated and energised.
