Rachel Dench
Rachel is an enthusiastic and supportive Level 3 personal trainer who treats each client as an individual, tailoring her coaching to their specific needs, talents and goals. Her focus is on helping you to build a stronger, healthier, fitter body through a mix of cardio, strength training and nutrition. Rachel is passionate about running, competing in races from 10km to ultramarathons and she is also a Run England Leader in Running Fitness (LiRF). She believes that fitness is a way of life and her goal is for clients to leave their sessions feeling positive, motivated and energised. Winner of Picnic Marathon 2016 (aka 'Toughest Marathon in Britain). In terms of her own exercise program, she runs, weight-trains, practices yoga and is a big fan of HIIT workouts. Rachel is also a licensed Metafit trainer so come to her classes and sweat it out! |
